Requesting a Refund:To request a refund, contact our customer support team within 3 days of the service purchase.Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to founder@brandysize.com Please include details of the service, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
3. Refund Evaluation:Our team will review the refund request based on the information provided and the terms outlined in this policy.Additional information or clarification may be requested if necessary.
4. Refund Approval:If your refund request is approved, the refund process will begin within 7 business days.Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless both parties agree otherwise.
5. Refund Denial:Refunds may be denied if:The service has already been rendered or completed.The refund request is made after the specified 3-day period.The refund request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.The refund pertains to the non-refundable onboarding fee unless a refund is explicitly stated in the proposal email and the onboarding email from founder@brandysize.com

9. Revenue Sharing Model:If you are under our Revenue Sharing Model, you won’t pay any recurring fees unless the agreed-upon results are achieved. This model does not typically allow for refunds due to its performance-based nature.
